InterContinental Residence Suites unveiled in Doha
The launch of InterContinental Residence Suites in Doha, this month, marks the hotel groups foray into residence suites, with short, medium and long-term living options.
The new residence suites are likely to come up alongside the new hotel InterContinental Doha. The city includes a 58-storey tower, comprising one to four bedroom modern apartments, located within the social and business hub of Qatar’s capital city.
The 176 fully-furnished residence suites are located on floors 4 to 26 of the tower, offering spectacular views of the sea, the Grand Mosque, the City, and beyond, thereby giving residents various perspectives on Doha. There is a private entrance, lobby and reception area, 24-hour room service, housekeeping, security-controlled car parking, and other concierge amenities.
According to David Todd, the General Manager of InterContinental Doha, both Doha residents and newcomers with various tastes are looking for living options that meet their needs for amenities in a well desirable neighbourhood.
With the influx of more new families into Qatar, and with existing residents seeking accommodation in premium locations, the amenities and services offered by InterContinental Residents Suites, matches their living choices, offering a blend of innovative, comfort with luxury and modernity, Todd pointed out.
All Residence Suites feature amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated parking space, Wi-fi internet access, restaurants and lounges, a convenience store, health and fitness club, open-air rooftop swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, whirlpool, all located on-site. Residents get to choose from single, double, triple and four bedrooms, ranging from 100 square meters for a single bedroom, to 195 square meters for four-bedroom.
The residence suites are designed in various layouts, so as to cater to individual tastes. They are conveniently located in the heart of West Bay area, in close proximity to Doha’s world-class financial institutes and leading businesses.
