New five-star facility to be unveiled at The Pearl Qatar by the year-end

Alfardan Hospitality and Kempinski Hotels are likely to open a five-star hotel, spread across 500,000 square feet at The Pearl-Qatar during last quarter of the year.

Also known as the ‘Marsa Malaz Kempinski – The Pearl Doha’, this is the second project to be undertaken by Alfardan Hospitality and Kempinski Hotels. Earlier, they worked together to develop and manage Doha’s tallest hotel tower, the Kempinski Residences and Suites. The Marsa Malaz Kempinski is considered to be a waterfront hotel destination.

The “Marsa Malaz Kempinski – The Pearl, Doha” will grow to be an iconic waterfront destination, improving the international reputation of Qatar as a fast-emerging luxury tourist destination, said the President and CEO of Alfardan Group, Omar Alfardan. On completion, the project will be a true touristic attraction for Qatar and will be in-line with the recently announced strategy of Qatar Tourism Authority to position Qatar as “world-class hub with deep cultural roots”, he said.

The company aims to deliver unique properties that are known for their quality, luxury and excellence, and will continue to strive to create remarkable destinations that offer exceptional experiences for residents and visitors of Qatar, Alfardan said.

This new project is hoped to re-define hospitality in the region, given its immense facilities, entertainment elements and luxurious accommodation offerings.
