Katara Cultural Village unveils the Ladies Boulevard project

Ladies Boulevard, part of the Magical Festival Village project, has been unveiled at Katara Cultural Village, Ezdan World, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, announced.

Spanning an area of 1000 sqm, Ladies Boulevard is an entertainment venue devoted to women. It comprises 21 commercial outlets with most luxurious brands ranging from Arab abaya to the finest clothing in the Gulf region. The section also offers beauty products, top fashion and jewellery designs from the Gulf and Arab countries and India.

Ezdan World plans to run fashion shows of renowned Arab female designers during the project, which will continue until 30th April.

The second season would be full of surprises and events that are of interest to every Arab woman. Ladies form majority of the visitors, pointed out Abdul Aziz al-Mohannadi, General Manager, Ezdan World.

A range of world’s most luxury brands including shoe brands, bags, perfumes, cosmetics, and housewares, antiques, paintings, decorations and place mats are available here.

Occupying an area of 50,000 sqm, the project is one of the most important leisure projects in Qatar. It involves more than 200 games and recreational activities, he said. Ezdan World had announced that its management looks forward to double the volume of footfall during this season, due to considerable occupancy rates in retail outlets (more than 75%).

Al-Mohannadi also said this season will bring on rich and diverse programmes and festivals to be held on weekdays, attracting all visitor categories, families and children in particular. The shows and performances are to be held at the Onsite Theatre, which can accommodate about 1200 spectators. The venue will offer diverse universal performances, apart from circus world exhibits by top international artistes and performers.
