Qatar all set to host 7th edition of Cityscape Qatar

Qatar is gearing up for the seventh edition of Cityscape Qatar to be held from 23rd to 25th April 2018 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of HE Sheikh Abduallah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Interior Minister.

A growing economy, and increasing demand for investment, together with resilient real estate sector in Qatar are the driving forces for partnership between Cityscape and Qatar-based Elan Group, that are coming together to organize the country’s only international real estate event.

Cityscape Qatar aims to connect exhibitors from Oman, Kuwait, Turkey, UK and Qatar with thousands of potential real estate investors seeking investment opportunity in Qatar and globally.

This year, Cityscape Qatar will include more than 10,000 sqm of exhibition space, involving participation of several leading local and international developers including Msheireb Properties, United Developers, UDC, Ezdan Holding Group, Just Real Estate, Al Bandary Real Estate and the like.

Last year, the event witnessed huge growth in visitor numbers, which reflected the demand for real estate in Qatar. Cityscape Qatar always comes with plenty of choices for investment and high capital growth prospects, apart from a clear regulatory framework, all of which makes it a ‘go to’ market for savvy investors seeking long-term gains.

The show organizers say that their aim is to create a platform for developers to launch fresh, exciting projects that are underway in Qatar to help both local and cross-border real estate investment that has the potential to shape the future of real estate sector, and facilitate knowledge-based dialogue that tackles the most pressing needs of the sector in today’s economic climate.

This year, the Cityscape Qatar event is likely to feature a range of fresh deals and offers on projects from within the country and across the world. Running alongside the exhibition are the Cityscape Qatar Conference and Cityscape Qatar Talks, which will include a stellar programme of topics and speakers covering complete spectrum of real estate investment and development.
