Perlita Gardens in Pearl Qatar unveiled
One of the leading developers in the region, The Land Real Estate and Development Company, has launched Perlita Gardens, the first private-gated community on The Pearl Qatar.
Perlita Gardens offer a range of options to choose between four-bedroom villas, town-houses, signature villas, and double and triple bedroom luxury apartments. The development includes a total of 324 units, comprising 4 signature villas, 73 semi-detached villas, 37 townhouses, and 10 buildings with double and triple bedrooms.
The construction of the project has already commenced and the project is hoped to be complete within two years. The price per unit for an apartment begins with QR3mn extending upto QR15mn for limited-edition villas.
The Sales and Marketing Director of The Land, Hussain Fakhri, who spoke to the media, said that the project offers five-star luxury, spread across 23,500sq m of lush landscaped gardens and serene water features, with all entertainment and shopping amenities located within walking distance of the development.
Although, most other developers are scaling back their projects, The Land is optimistic about the real estate market in Qatar, as there is still a huge demand for quality properties, which is likely to last for a minimum of another eight years, Fakhri pointed out.
He added that about 40 percent of investors at Perlita Gardens are Qataris, while others are from other parts of the region and Europe.
Speaking about the job redundancies across the region, Fakri said that his company has recruited people early this year, to market projects locally and abroad.
The fabulous response received for Perlita Gardens by The Land during the launch clearly indicates that buyers have realized that this project forms the gateway to own their luxury dream home in The Pearl Qatar, Fakhri concluded.
