Qatar bags four prizes at the Arab Towns Awards

Qatar has bagged four prizes at the Arab Towns Organization Award, which was announced in Doha yesterday evening among 115 nominations.

Several Arab Towns, individuals and institutions have applied to compete for the prizes of the 10th session of architectural and environmental health awards and prizes of the greening and beautification of towns and information technology prizes.


The Museum of Islamic Art won the first place of the Architecture Awards for architect project, while the Dukhan old airport building and Dukhan old mosque won the third place for architectural heritage.


Al Rayyan won the first rank awards for beautification of the town, while Doha won the first rank for systems and software.
