Exhibition on Art and Culture in Doha from 1960 - 2020

A part of the series "Focus: Works from Mathaf Collection", this exhibition showcases works of artists, intellectuals, journalists, and cultural activists who played a major role in the city's cultural scene for more than half a century.

It documents the experiences and knowledge of those generations as well as highlights the work of key artists of the past and present, with paintings, photography, video, and installations.

Upon arrival at the museum, ticketholders must present a “green” health status on the Ehteraz virus-tracing app. Each person will also be checked for a normal temperature reading at the entrance.

Visitors (12 years of age and above) are required to bring and wear a mask. Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the location encouraging visitors to keep their hands clean. Signage reminding visitors to keep a safe distance from other visitors is also be visible on site.
