3D Jelly Flower cake at Oryx Rotana

The new sensation in the confectionery world is 3D Jelly Flower cake. They are made with seaweed jelly powder and specific tools are used to inject colourful motifs onto a clear base. Learn the art of creating various flowers using Jelly.

In this workshop, you will learn how to cook the transparent canvas base and about the colour jelly to create flowers. Also How to create various jelly flowers and about creating a flavoured top.You will be creating an splendid edible work of art at the end of the day.
