Qatar Career Fair from 12th April 2009 at Doha

The Qatar Fair 2009 will be held from 12th to 16th April 2009 at the Doha Exhibition Center, and will be inaugurated by H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Heir Apparent of Qatar.

The Qatar Fair 2009 will be a unique job fair, and aims to develop the human capital of the country and create a high-standard Qatari workforce.

The fair is hoped to raise the awareness among Qatari students, parents and graduates about various career options available in Qatar. It will provide them with the opportunity to interact with government and private organizations.

The fair also reflects the commitment of the private and public establishments in Qatar towards the development of the country and its citizens, by offering them with the opportunities for training and professional development.

The Qatar Fair 2009 is jointly organized by Qatar Foundation, Qatar University, Qatar Petroleum and Ministry of Labour, covering all major economic sectors in Qatar. Visitors to the fair can register online at www.qcf.com.qa. The fair will be open from 9am to 8pm on the said dates, and the 15th April (9am to 3pm) has been earmarked exclusively for ladies.
