First Qatar to showcase iconic architectural projects at Cityscape 2007
The First Qatar Real Estate Development Company will be showcasing its new iconic architectural landmarks and real estate projects at the Cityscape Dubai 2007, the largest real estate development and investment exhibition in the world.
The first freehold development in Doha, The Pearl-Qatar, is a self-contained modern island community, which includes shops of the most desirable brands, a superb marina and fine restaurants. The largest marina on the Pearl Island, Porto Arabia, houses the First Tower which offers a residential concept with a round-the-year blend of leisure, business and hospitality offering visitors and residents the ultimate in lifestyle and leisure experience.
First Qatar is the only real estate developer in Qatar, which guarantees rentals amounting to 25% of the property price over a span of three years. First Qatar has announced its affiliation with the RCI Global Vacation Network Group, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation with access to nearly 55,000 vacation properties for specific periods.
First Qatar has also announced the option of short-term rentals on its ‘First Tower’ apartments, which will cater to the needs of holiday-makers and business tourists, apart from being a lucrative source of income to the owners.

The Cityscape Dubai 2007 will be held for the sixth time between 16th and 18th October 2007 at the Dubai International Exhibition Center in Dubai.
