Qatari Diar, Sotheby Realty join hands for a new sales center
Qatari Diar, the real estate industry innovators, and Qatar Sothebys International Realty, which forms a part of leading luxury real estate brokerage network, have opened their sales office in Doha.
This is the first among a number of offices in the GCC, operated by Qatar Real Estate Partners, a joint-venture firm between Qatari Diar and a global leisure real estate consulting company, North Course. Their offices are also located in Casablanca, Morocco and Tangier.
The new office in Doha is located within the Lusail Visitor Center, in the heart of Lusail District. Qatari Diar is currently developing a new 35sqkm city in this place, which would provide employment for 200,000 people to live and work in the future hub of Doha. The visitors are allowed to visit the sales center during business hours, and they will be introduced to the Lusail project, as well as other Qatari Diar projects.
Another project that is being marketed by the new sales center is the Al Houara Coastal Resort Project by Qatari Diar, near Tangier, Morocco. The Resort is a tourist development spreading over 234 hectares, comprising three luxury hotels with more than 1200 apartments and villas, and several other on-site amenities, such as a Moroccan Spa, an 18-hole Signature Golf Course, an equestrian center and traditional Kasbah. The phase one of the project is already sold out, and at the movement the new villas and apartments are being marketed.
A major plus point of Qatari Diar Resorts, particularly, Al Houara is that, it is marketed as “Personal Use, Rental and Exchange”, thereby offering buyers the option of generating rental income on their property through Group RCI, the largest vacation rental company in the world, while also the property could also be accessed for personal use, at the same time. These buyers can also exchange vacation time with over 4000 resorts across the world, while gaining access to personalized travel and concierge services. All such amenities are provided by the Diar Club, which serves the owners of properties developed by Qatari Diar.
