Leading Qatari realty developer to launch The Atrium in Energy City

The Land, a Qatari commercial and residential real estate developer, has announced the launch of their state-of-the-art Atrium Complex, a commercial office development, located within the Energy City, Qatar. This is also the first commercial complex being launched by the company.

Spread over an area of 50,000 Sq. Mt., the development features cutting-edge design, with a mix of wood, glass and concrete. The development will be a five storey building in Energy City Qatar, which is the perfect location for the best oil and gas companies. The development is so designed to meet the recommendations by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), incorporating the concept of green in their commercial development.

The Sales Manager of The Land, Mohamed Hamza, said that ‘The Atrium’ would provide leading Qatari energy companies with tailor-made accommodation solution, representing modern, hi-tech offices situated in close proximity to the luxury residential apartments and villas at The Pearl.

‘The Atrium’ and ‘The Pearl’ would be perfect for major energy companies looking forward for a long-term base in Qatar, which offers technology infrastructure, coupled with world-class corporate amenities.

Beginning 2004, ‘The Land’ has grown to be a leading provider of real estate solutions within Qatar and abroad.
