Qatari Diar sold out QR1.2b worth tower plots
About thirty five residential tower plots on the Qatari Diars Lusail Development, were sold in record time at Al Khareej, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The tower plots were sold at Al Khareej, the last residential tower district of Qatari Diar.
Every individual or company were permitted to buy only one plot, as this could satisfy maximum number of investors, and would ensure fairness, reveals Qatari Diar.
The towers comprising twenty floors, will be located in the northern part of Lusail development, and is expected to offer eye-catching views of the Golf Course and Lusail Corniche, and will be positioned adjacent to the other waterfront commercial and residential districts. The towers will be encompassed by spacious gardens and green parks and will be located only at a walking distance from iconic towers and plaza, the hub of its activities.
Nasser Al-Ansari, the CEO of Qatari Diar, commented that this marks the emergence of Lusail as a new hub of Doha. The keen interest shown by investors indicates that Lusail will be The City of Future, which the people in the region would love to live and work in.
