Discounts announced for sale of Giardino villa plots
The Qatari master developer of The Pearl Qatar has announced plans to sell 56 villa plots for residential development in Giardino Villas, one of the most prestigious and upcoming villa precincts on the island.
Positioned amidst lush, landscaped parkland and picturesque lakes, the Giardino Villas Village is a highly prized residential district, comprising spacious villas positioned in well-arranged gardens shaded by trees.
It is surrounded by landmarks such as five-star Marssa Malaz Kempinski, and top leisure amenities and shopping haven of Porto Arabia and Medina Centrale in the neighbourhood.
The sale of the villa plots is open from 1st November to 21st November for the plots in the range of 520sqm to 1570sqm that are ideally located in one of the most secluded and unassuming neighbourhoods of Pearl Qatar.
Located within a short walking or driving distance from Viva Bahriya, Porto Arabia, Medina Centrale and Qanat Quartier, the new villa plots are now so located for an easy access to retail and entertainment outlets in these district.
The developer has announced 15 percent discount on the original price of the plots during the first week, for early birds. Over the second and third weeks, the discount will be 10 percent and 5 percent respectively.
Once the sale period ends on 21st November, the buyers will have to pay the original price of the plot. The sale follows the successful auction of select sea-view townhouses in Qanat Quartier that shows that demand for properties at The Pearl Qatar is on the rise.
Investors are required to adhere to the requirements of Giardino Villas Village’s master plan, and they are allowed to develop villas that meet their personal need, the Qatari developer said in its statement.
Every investor will be given clear design guidelines that should be followed to ensure that villas are designed in line with the minimum aesthetic expectations in the village.
