Cityscape Qatar 2017 set to open doors on 13th March

The sixth edition of the largest real estate development and investment exhibition in Qatar, ‘Cityscape Qatar 2017’ will be held from 13th to 15th March at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), under the patronage of Prime Minister and Interior Minister, HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The Exhibition Director, Ahmed Zakaria, speaking on behalf of Cityscape Qatar said that the expo clearly emphasizes the importance of the real estate market in Qatar and reflects the state’s support for the industry and the vital role that Cityscape Qatar plays in bringing the regional and international professionals in the industry together.

He further said that more than one-third of last year’s exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in this year’s edition too. Qatar holds a great potential for both investors and developers and it has the financial stability to induce confidence from even the most cautious investors, Zakiaria said.

About more than 7000 participants in Cityscape Qatar 2017 will bring together the real estate community from across the globe to improve and support the growth of the industry under Qatar’s National Vision for 2030, while also enabling all participants to see Qatar’s future and opportunities arising from the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Various projects will be discussed and highlighted during the exhibition, some of which, form part of Qatar’s National Vision for 2030, including the Qatar Rail Project, hotels and state-of-the-art stadia being developed for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

The high profile three-day exhibition and conference will feature a range of real estate opportunities, and will involve participation of several leading real estate companies including Ezdan Real Estate, Al Bandary Real Estate, Retaj Real Estate, Regus and Kohler, Al Qaseer Investment and Property Development, Etqan, Copperstones, Kleindienst, and Economic Group to thousands of homebuyers, professional and private investors and key industry professionals from Qatar, and across the globe.

Last year, the exhibition drew 92 of the world’s leading real estate firms and 6,.633 participants during the three day event.
Cityscape Qatar 2017 will be the largest real estate event to be ever held in the country and is well places to build on the success of its previous events. The event will include the three day exhibition, scope for learning and networking and several opportunities for landmark deals.
