Barwa Real Estate Company has announced plans that it is likely to set-up of five new companies.
Barwa Projects Management Company, which will be a private Qatari share-holding company, together with others through a capital of QR500mn involved in managing all types of real estate, commercial, recreational and industrial projects for the company, state or other parties.
Barwa Media Company, with a capital of QR2mn, will provide media and IT services and such other related services.
Barwa Knowledge Company with a QR2mn capital, will offer administrative and technical services at various marketing, administrative and educational levels.
Barwa Technology Company with a QR2mn capital, is to offer products and services in the field of Information Technology’ and Communication Systems and allied services.
Barwa Lusail with a QR50mn capital, will be formed under the partnership with Barwa International Company with 70% shares owned by Barwa International and 30% by Barwa, for holding and managing realty investments in Lusail.
The company is now in the process of obtaining necessary approvals from the concerned authorities.
