Bilal Pearl Suites - new luxury residential tower at The Pearl Qatar
AHMED Hassan Bilal Trading and Contracting Company has entered into an agreement with the Gulf Contracting Company for construction of Bilal Pearl Suites, a luxury residential tower, located at The Pearl Qatar.
AHB has awarded the design and supervision contract to a leading Global consulting firm, GHD Global.
Ideally positioned on Parcel 10 of the Viva Bahriya phase of The Pearl Qatar, the Bilal Pearl Suites it is the first structure to begin construction at this location, and is due to be ready and operational by the third quarter of 2009.
Bilal Pearl Suites is so designed that it offers a good combination of one, two, three and four bedroom full-furnished luxury suites and beach-front villas to cater to high-end clients. Being a dramatic concourse of spectacular scenic beauty, with quality lifestyle, these well-furnished apartments and penthouses, are located overlooking the serene Arabian Sea, so that it resonates the sights and sounds of modern marina life.
