Abyaar Real Estate-Qatar granted permit to proceed with QR1bn projects


Abyaar Real Estate Development Company in Qatar has revealed that it has been granted permission by Qatar Diar to go-ahead with work on projects worth QR1bn. This was revealed by Yousef Al Hashemi, Abyaar Chairman in Qatar.

The Abyaar Real Estate development is a joint venture between Aayan Leasing and Investment Company in Kuwait, and Al Rashdan Group.

Al Hashemi revealed that Abyaar Qatar has been established with a capital of KD15m, with Securities House, Aayan Leasing and Investment Company, Abdul Aziz Al Dhakheel, Al Rashdan Group, Aljaber Group and Abyaar Real Estate Development Company as the main shareholders.

The formation of the company will be officially announced towards end of this year.

Al Hashemi said, “The cost of our projects in Qatar has been estimated at QR1billion. We have already obtained permits from Qatari Diar, the developer behind the Lusail project, to begin work on our projects in Qatar.”
