DTZ Qatar appointed as sole leasing agent for ornado Tower
A part of DTZ International Group of Companies, DTZ Qatar, has been appointed as the sole leasing agent for the Tornado Tower, a development by Qatar Investment Projects and Development Holding Company (QIPCO).
Located in West Bay, the Tornado Tower which spreads across an area of 58,029 Sq. Mts., has been designed by Munish-based architects SIAT CICO JV, and high-quality finishes are incorporated throughout the building.
The hyperboloid signature development, comprising 52 storeys, features state-of-the-art business accommodation, including flexible floor plates, special lighting systems, 24 hour concierge facility, high-speed elevators, fine dining restaurant, health club, and ample car parking all through the basement levels.
According to the Deputy Managing Director of DTZ – Middle East Operations, Nick Witty, the Tornado Tower has been designed to the highest international caliber, keeping the requirements of the occupants in mind. The ample smart features and amenities included in the development, makes it one of the best commercial schemes in Qatar.
The tower will be ready for delivery by November this year.
