Ascott launches first serviced residence in West Bay


Ascott International has opened its first serviced residence Somerset West Bay in Doha. The property is a joint venture between Barwa Real Estate Company and Nuzul Holdings, and is owned by Nuzul Qatar Company.

Positioned adjacent to Qatar Financial Center and the City Center, the Somerset West Bay comprises 200 double and triple bedroom apartments. The property aims to cater to the demand for luxury-serviced residences which appeal to the business travelers, family and tourists.

Ascot will manage the serviced residences, and offer consultation on the design, development, and renovation of properties, apart from creating, marketing and branding programmes for properties.

An opening promotion is likely to be launched, which will last until 30th September, wherein guests get to enjoy a starting rate of QR1750 per month for a double-bedroom deluxe residence.

Currently, Ascott is also managing the Somerset Jadaf, Dubai, which includes 84 units and the Somerset Al Fateh, Manama with 118 units.
