First serviced residence at West Bay from Ascott International
Ascott International has unveiled its first serviced residence at Doha's West Bay. This is the third property by Ascott in the Gulf region.
Positioned in the heart of the new district, and the fast growing regional metropolis in Doha, the Somerset West Bay, offers wonderful view across the Arabian Gulf.
The property, comprising 200 units is located adjacent to Qatar Financial Center, and the City Center Mall, in close proximity to the waterfront neighborhood of villas, with foreign embassies in the Diplomatic Area. Being just at 15 minutes drive from the Doha International Airport, it is also easily accessible to a range of shopping amenities, restaurants and entertainment.
Nuzul Qatar Company, a joint venture between Nuzul Holdings and Barwa Real Estate Company, is the owner of Somerset West Bay. Ascott International and Nuzul Holdings have entered into partnership to meet the demand for luxury serviced residences, which appeal to tourists, business travelers and families alike.
The residences will be solely managed by Ascott International, offering consultation on the design, development and renovation of properties, apart from holding marketing programs for the properties.

Somerset West Bay Doha is currently offering a promotional opening until 30th September this year, with a starting rate of QR21,750 per month being offered for a double bedroom deluxe residence, as against the standard QR29,000. The property was unveiled in June this year, and most of its apartments are already occupied.
Residents get to choose from the 150 double and 50 triple bedroom apartments, featuring completely furnished spacious and contemporary interiors, a dining room, well-equipped kitchen, a living room and home entertainment system.
Somerset West Bay Doha also includes a wide range of amenities ranging from babysitting, daily housekeeping, business support services, Wi-Fi internet access, meeting rooms at the Business Center, gymnasiums, swimming pools and the residents’ lounge.
