Al Mourouj Real Estate and Beton Chantier signed deal for construction of Residential complex
The Al Mourouj Real Estate and Investment Company has entered into a contract with construction firm, Beton Chantier - Qatar, for construction of a residential complex in Frij Bin Dirham.
The QR200mn project includes construction of eight towers, spread across 12000 square meters. It houses a total of 228 flats comprising two and three bedroom apartments. Each tower will have seven storeys, apart from the basement and ground level.
Frij Bin Dirham (Mansoura) is a heavily populated area, with a strong demand for residential units, said Abdul Samad al-Lengawi, the CEO of Al Mourouj Real Estate.
Benton Chantier, based in Iran, is involved in several national development projects in Tehran and elsewhere ever-since 1970.
The Qatar Design Consortium has been appointed as the consultant for the project in Mansoura, and it is due for completion in January 2010.
