Venice of Qatar developed on Pearl-Qatar Island
An agreement has been signed to develop a new residential block, namely, Venice of Qatar on Pearl-Qatar Island.
The deal has been signed between UDC (United Development Company), the developers of the Pearl Qatar project and Project Management and Retaj Marketing.
The Retaj Group will develop the Qanat Quartier (QQ003) project on the island. The block will comprise of 179 residential units. The project comprising townhouses, villas and flats is likely to be completed in the first quarter of 2010.
The CEO of Retaj Group, Abdulrahman al-Najjar, said that the project would offer top quality homes. The QQ003 project draws inspiration from Venice, the Italian City renowned for its canals.
