One Porto Arabia welcomes home its first tenant

Alfardan Properties, the leading property developer in Qatar, has welcomed its first tenant to its One Porto Arabia development in The Pearl Qatar.

Chris Macklin, a British expatriate, working as the Head of Human Resources at QInvest, is the first tenant of One Porto Arabia.

Nader El Oweini, the Leasing Manager, Alfardan Properties said that the company has once again proven its leadership abilities in the Qatar market by welcoming the first tenant to Porto Arabia in The Pearl and the day serves as an endorsement to Alfardan’s quality.

With a vast portfolio which includes few of the most prestigious developments in Doha, One Porto Arabia is such a property, said Macklin.

“I am amazed by the beauty of the place, its proximity to the sea and their view from my balcony. It is extremely spacious and pleasant to wake up in the morning, and weekends feels like a holiday,” Macklin said.

Macklin said that he had decided on Alfardan Properties as his first choice. Appreciating Alfardan Properties, he recommended Alfardan Properties to people on the look-out for a cosmopolitan lifestyle.

Comfort, superior modern amenities and exclusivity are few of the qualities that make One Porto Arabia and Alfardan all the more special.

The development includes 198 furnished residential homes, including single, double and triple bedroom apartments, one to four bedroom townhouses and duplex units, all offering exceptional premium service, with most advanced technology.

Among the other amenities in One Porto Arabia are temperature-controlled swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, fully-equipped mixed gymnasium, and ultra modern café.

Alfardan has also unveiled its new corporate identity ‘A Signature Lifestyle’ to Qatar market.
