Fine & Country launches operations in Qatar
An international property network, the UK-based Fine & Country has launched its operations in the Qatari real estate market.
The company officials revealed that the global economic recession has not dampened the confidence of the company about the Qatar real estate market.
“Rather, by introducing the new company brand in Qatar, and granting license to the renowned real estate company, Tadmur real estate, we have re-iterated our confidence about the Qatar property market,” an official of the company said.
The Managing Director of Fine & Country (F&C), Malcolm Lindley, agreed that due to lessening demand, the prices of properties are likely to drop further. It is the prudent buyer that buys at the bottom sector of the drop, unlike several buyers who usually purchase whn the market is doing well.
The company has announced that the company would offer leading real estate agents with a centrally coordinated strategy, internationally recognized brand, and marketing support, enabling licensees to leverage resources and expand scope of business for the investor.
F&C Qatar has also participated in the recently-held Fourth Qatar Real Estate Exhibition (Q-REX 2009), wherein it displayed the new brand to the local market.
