Waseef - new Barwa company launched
Barwa Real Estate Company has announced the launch of a new company, Waseef, aiming to strengthen its services to customers, facilitating contracting with service providers.
The new company will form a link between Barwa Real Estate Company and the agents and service providers.
“Waseef” has been launched after merging three Barwa companies – Barwa Real Estate Management, Barwa Maintenance Service Management and Barwa Resorts and Hotels.
This move is intended to realize the vision of Barwa Real Estate Board, headed by Ghanim bin Saad al Saad, and is based on the economic strategy and investment vision of the Company.
The CEO of Barwa Real Estate Company, Yousef bin Rashid Al Khater, expressed his expressing his confidence about the new-found company, said that it will contribute towards making a quantum leap in its real estate and investment activities.
“Waseef” will be managed independently, inline with Barwa’s vision of decentralization, and running specialized companies. The merger of the three Barwa real estate companies into a single entity was carried out to satisfy the aims and objectives of the company’s board of directors and economic studies.
