One Porto Arabia in Pearl Qatar opens for lease

The One Porto Arabia development by Alfardan Properties was formally launched last week, as it became the first building to be open for lease at The Pearl Qatar.

One Porto Arabia is the first building on the first marina of The Pearl and is located at one end of the man-made island. The development represents luxury and is a masterpiece of architecture on a lavishly built island.

The lobbies and public spaces within the building, with wonderful pieces of art are a good addition to the refinement of One Porto Arabia.

According to the President of Alfardan Properties, Omar Alfardan, the company aims to make the audiences feel like they are living within a work of art.

With 200 single to triple bedroom apartments and duplex units and penthouses and single to four bedroom townhouses with a range of amenities, the residential building offers tenants an elegant living experience by making it on par with international standards.

The apartments are fitted with a deluxe kitchen set, top of the line appliances, high-end furniture, and latest modern electrical appliances. Other common amenities include temperature-controlled swimming pool, steam and sauna rooms, fully-equipped gymnasium, kids play zone, elegant café and laundry service.

Just as is the case with all of company’s developments, One Porto Arabia is self-managed by Alfardan Properties to ensure highest levels of service and support to customers. It is no-doubt a jewel in the crown of The Pearl Qatars first marina, and will soon be home to the very first residents of the island.
