Tuscan Towers to be delivered to owners in weeks
Two sister deluxe towers of The Lands, namely Tuscan Towers 9B and 8B, will be delivered to owners in a couple of weeks.
Located in an idealistic location within Porto Arabia, overlooking the Marina and in close proximity to all the dining and entertainment services at the Riviera, the Pearl Islands largest marina, the towers are fully complete now.
According to Melven Boutros, the Sales Manager at The Land, the company is currently developing 17 luxury waterfront towers offering spectacular views, a range of studios, single, double and triple bedroom residential units, a deluxe penthouse, all located in one of the most wonderful locations at The Pearl.
The Land is also a committed developer of The Perlita Gardens, considered to be the most exclusive, private real estate development on the Island, which will be the quarters of luxury villas, residences and townhouses with wonderful landscaped water features and gardens, all located within walking distance to the Islands high-end shopping boutiques and entertainment.
The Land is now working on the post-construction p0hase, towards state of the art Facility Management Services, in close relationship with the Master Developer UDC.
