Designed by DP Architects, and the Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) are the Project Architects, and MACE International are the Project Managers, while the Al Futtaim Investment Management (AFIM) is the Investment Manager.

Apart from IKEA, ACE, Marks and Spencer, Toys “R” Us, and Intersport have confirmed as anchor tenants of Doha Festival City. Moreover, the Landmark Group brands including Max Fashion, Centrepoint, Fitness First, Sports Authority, Home Center and Iconic have all joined the retail mix.

Even the 153 year old department store, Robinson’s, a vital piece of Singapore’s history, will also be part of the Doha Festival City. Further, a fully serviced shopping center, an indoor and outdoor entertainment part, two international hotels and an automotive zone are also planned.

Every individual area will be separated by its own uniquely identified space within the complex, so that the guests can easily be transported from the retail area offering diverse international brands, to the world of roller coasters and water slides.
