Mazaya to develop residential tower in Lusail City

Mazaya Real Estate Development Company has signed a contract to develop a residential tower in Lusail City for AlNamaa Real Estate Development Company.

The development of the project will start as soon as the required approvals and legal procedures are completed, and the construction process will continue for approximately 30 months, with the project to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

The contract was signed by Mazaya Vice Chairman and Managing Director Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Thani and AlNamaa Chairman Sheikh Faisal bin Fahd Al Thani.

The building will come up directly on the waterfront beach in Lusail. It will have 21 floors, featuring approximately 120 housing units, varying between chalets and apartments consisting of two to four bedrooms. The tower also includes a range of commercial facilities and amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool.

The residential units will also be sold in the coming months.
