The Ministry of Public Health has announced that temporarily you are no longer required to provide a health card in order to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in a Tweet announced that MoPH has temporarily decided that one is no longer required to provide a Health Card to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
In a post on Twitter MoPH said that “you are no longer required to provide a health card in order to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. When attending your vaccination appointment, please ensure that you have a valid QID and that your Ehteraz status is green".
"It is, however, still recommended that you register for a health card as it will allow you to access governmental healthcare facilities,” the tweet added.
