The ‘Summer in Qatar’ campaign kicked off Thursday with the staging of the first of three 'Alice in Wonderland’ – cirque shows at the Lusail Multipurpose Hall.

Fifteen family-friendly entertainment shows, which kicked off on Thursday, are set to enthrall the audience at Lusail Multi-purpose Hall.
The campaign, in collaboration with Qatar Airways and Ooredoo, offers an array of indoor entertainment and family-friendly shows throughout the summer season.
Moreover, a diverse range of offerings can be viewed on Visit Qatar, QT's official website, which presents a variety of interests such as nature retreats, retail escapes and private dinner experiences.
The shows will feature back-to-back live performances of the three popular stories. The ‘Alice in Wonderland – Cirque Show’, which blends musical theatre with modern ballet, circus and acrobatic performances, immersing the audience in the incredible adventures of Alice will take place for three days.
The first show took place on Thursday. Friday, July 15, and Saturday, July 16, will feature two shows each at 15:00 and 19:00 and 13:00 and 17:00, respectively.
The award-winning show, ‘Aladdin and the Magic Lamp – Cirque Show’, a story which depicts how strength and wealth comes from within will be staged Thursday, July 21 at 17:00, Friday July 22 at 15:00 and 19:00; and Saturday, July 23 at 13:00 and 17:00.
‘The Smurfs – Live on Stage’ which will see eight favourite Smurf characters come to life in a tale of magical adventure will take place on Thursday, July 28 at 17:00; Friday, July 29 at 15:00 and 19:00; and Saturday, July 30 at 13:00 and 17:00.
