Al Rayyan Municipality organizes special events in MoQ

In cooperation with the Mall of Qatar, Al Rayyan Municipality administration started a series of special events for children at the mall on Thursday as part of the Summer Festival 2022.

The opening of the events, which will be held until August 6, was attended by Jaber Hassan Al Jaber, Director of Al Rayyan Municipality, and a number of municipality officials.

On Day 1, children were given an overview of the most important health requirements that must be met during the preparation of foods. It was followed by a visit to a restaurant for a demonstration on proper and healthy preparation of food. Entertainment competitions were also organized on the mall stage, and a number of prizes and gifts were distributed to children.

On Day 2, the Health Control Department organized an activity called "the little inspector at Carrefour Mall of Qatar". As part of it municipal inspectors gave children tips on safe shopping and the right way to choose a product. They were also trained on the mechanism of inspection and food safety.
