The fifth edition of S’hail — the Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition — continues at Katara, drawing a large number of visitors including ambassadors and dignitaries.
HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani paid a visit to the 5th edition of Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition (S'hail 2021) on Thursday morning.
HH the Amir viewed the exhibited falcons, various types of weapons, and supplies for hunting, sniping, trips and camping.
Amir also viewed artboards for sniping trips, and was briefed by the officials in charge of the exhibition to an explanation about the exhibited items of 160 local and international companies from different countries of the world, specialized in the field of falconry and its related supplies.
He also viewed the heritage events and cultural activities held at Katara's Wisdom Square.
The event is organised by the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara), and runs till Saturday (September 11). The exhibition is open to visitors from 10am to 10pm daily, except Friday when it will open at 2pm and close at 11pm.
Falcons at the exhibition are priced in the range of QR15,000 to QR100,000. To encourage innovation and creativity, a prize of QR20,000 has been announced for the most beautiful commercial pavilion at the exhibition.
Katara Hunting and Falcons Exhibition 2021
