Qatar Holding has issued Decision No 1 of 2023 on the restructuring of the Board of Directors of Qatar Stock Exchange Company.
It's worth noting that Qatar Stock Exchange is wholly owned by Qatar Holding.
The new Board consists of HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani as Chairman, HE Mansoor Ebrahim Al Mahmoud as Vice Chairman and all of Hamad Khalaf Al Maadadi, Andre Went, Sheikh Salman bin Hasan Al Thani, Mohammed Khalid Al Ghanim, Waleed Jassim Al Musallam, Yousuf Mohamed Al Jaida, Abdulla Mubarak Al Khalifa.
