Qatar Charity and Lusail University have signed an agreement to collaborate in education, research and studies related to the humanitarian work.

Qatar Charity(QC) and Lusail University have signed an agreement to join forces in education and training, research and studies related to the development and humanitarian work.
The agreement was signed by Faisal Rashid Al Fahida, assistant CEO for the Programmes and Community Development Sector at Qatar Charity, and Sheikha Abdul Raziq Marafie, vice-president for Financial and Administrative Affairs at Lusail University, in the presence of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lusail University HE Dr Ali bin Fetais Al Marri and CEO of Qatar Charity Yousef bin Ahmed Al Kuwari.
The pact also included cooperation in organising workshops and training courses, multilingual translation, scholarships, vocational training and employment for Lusail University students, in addition to collaboration in training executive leadership of Qatar Charity by Lusail University.
Speaking on the occasion, Marafie expressed delight over the agreement concluded with Qatar Charity in support of education.
Fahida said that the agreement stems from the belief of Qatar Charity in the importance of cooperation that helps achieve sustainable development goals, strengthen humanitarian response efforts and find solutions to problems in light of the increasing crises and disasters across the world, besides enhancing the capabilities of human resources.
