Qatari embassies abroad mark National Sports day

The State of Qatar’s diplomatic, consular and representative missions abroad have organized sporting activities marking the National Sports Day.

In Mumbai, the Consulate General of the State of Qatar in Mumbai organized activities on the occasion of the National Sports Day with the participation of HE Consul General Saif bin Ali Al Mohannadi and members of the mission.

In Mexico City, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the United Mexican States organized events on the occasion of the National Sports Day, attended by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Mexico Mohammed bin Jassim Al Kuwari, HE President of the Qatar-Mexico Parliamentary Friendship Group Deputy Sergio Perez, diplomats and the embassy staff.

In Berlin, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Federal Republic of Germany organized activities on the occasion of the National Sports Day, attended by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Germany Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Thani, the diplomatic staff and embassy staff. The program included various sporting events.

In Bandar Seri Begawan, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam organized activities on the occasion of the National Sports Day with the participation of HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Brunei Darussalam Jassim bin Ali Al Obaidli and members of the embassy including diplomats, local employees and their families.

The Sport Day program included many sporting events and activities such as running, walking, playing table tennis and badminton.

In San Jose, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Costa Rica organized activities on the occasion of the National Sports Day with the participation of HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Costa Rica Dr. Khamis bin Rashid Al Kaabi and members of the embassy. The activities included football match.
