Customs fully prepared for the return of travellers through Abu Samra border after Eid holidays

President of the General Authority of Customs (GAC) HE Ahmed bin Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Jamal inspected the workflow and procedures at Abu Samra border port. He also checked the preparations for the return of travellers after the blessed Eid Al Adha holidays.
According to GAC’s Twitter post, Al Jamal stressed the need for coordination between all units. The port administration and the competent authorities will have to facilitate the movement of incoming and outgoing travellers.
Work at the Abu Samra port witnessed a major boom during the current year, with the implementation of many new procedures through the customs single window system ‘Al Nadeeb’.
