The "Dahl Al Misfir" cave is located in the Rawdat Rashid area, 40 kilometres from Doha.

"This cave, which is about 150 metres deep, shimmers with a phosphorous luster characterized by an unparalleled view that resembles moonlight," the CNN Arabic report said.

Dahl Al Misfir Cave was formed 325 to 500,000 years ago during the Middle Pleistocene, according to the Visit Qatar website.

Qatar Photographer Amir Abdul Razzaq documented the scene inside the Dahl Al-Misfer Cave during his last visit.

Abdul Razzaq explained to arabic.cnn.com that the Dahl Al Misfir Cave is one of the geological wonders in the landscape of Qatar, pointing out that the cave, which is located in the middle of the desert terrain, will satisfy people looking for adventure and exploration.

He says once you enter the cave through its relatively small opening, and adjust to its darkness, you will see a large space that opens and extends below, and you can see amazing rock formations, nesting birds, and traces of small mammals.

Abdul Razzaq believes that the site is worth a visit, as the experience is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it is recommended to use a map application or GPS system to determine the location and drive a four-wheel drive to reach.

He advises visiting the cave during the day, and wearing appropriate shoes to walk long distances, as the cave consists of rocks that may be slippery. It is also recommended to bring a light source in case a person wants to enter the depth of the cave.
