Penhaligon’s and Carolina Herrera podiums at HIA

Qatar Duty Free has launched pop-ups for Penhaligon’s and Carolina Herrera at Hamad International Airport (HIA), in partnership with Puig.

These stunning podiums are located in the main retail atrium of HIA and they showcase the brands’ signature selections of fragrances with exciting interactive features and services for all passengers to experience.

The official opening of the Penhaligon’s podium and the launch of the Inimitable William Penhaligon – a worldwide exclusive – were celebrated at a ribbon cutting ceremony. The event was attended by VIP guests and officiated by Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker, Hamad International Airport Chief Operating Officer Badr Al Meer, Qatar Duty Free Vice President Operations Thabet Musleh and British Chargé d'Affaires to Qatar Alexandra Cole.

Akbar Al Baker said, “We are delighted to be the first airport in the world to launch the Inimitable William Penhaligon collection and are pleased to also open this new Caroline Hererra pop-up. We are very grateful to our friends at Puig for choosing Qatar Duty Free as their partner. Along with Qatar Airways and HIA, Qatar Duty Free continued to operate throughout the ongoing pandemic, to ensure that passengers transiting through the airport have a safe and comfortable journey back home.
