Al Dana Green Run - 2020

Doha Bank, in collaboration with Qatar Sports for All Federation at the Ministry of Culture and Sports, will conduct the 15th edition of Al Dana Green Run.

The event will take place on February 15 from 12 noon to 5pm at Aspire Park. The registration for participation is now open through Doha Bank’s website.

The 3km race which is open to the public will include various categories, including males and females aged under 18 years, males and females aged over 18 years, males and females aged over 35 years, male and female professional athletes, families (at least three members), people with special needs, and Doha Bank, employees.

The winners of the first five places out of these categories will receive distinct awards, and 10 winners from the audience will be randomly chosen. Besides, the event will also feature a variety of entertainment activities such as face painting, a music session, drawing and coloring workshops, as well as football and basketball competitions.

The annual event is being organized by Doha Bank as part of its endeavors to promote a culture of sport in the society and encourage individuals towards protecting the environment. The race has been redesigned with the addition of new features designed to meet the needs of the masses, including families and others.

To celebrate 15 years of the green run, Doha Bank has put together an enhanced agenda this year that will include as many as 9 race categories catering to different age groups and social segments. Huge number of prizes will be given out to the top finishers in each category.
