The venue of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 final - Lusail Stadium will host QNB Stars League match between Al Arabi and Al Rayyan on August 11. This will be the first official match at the 80,000-seat stadium.
The Qatar Stars League (QSL) announced on Tuesday that the Al Arabi versus Al Rayan match in Week 2 has been rescheduled to August 11 at the Lusail World Cup stadium.
The Lusail Stadium will host the final match of the World Cup on December 18, on the day Qatar celebrates its National Day, along with six matches in the group stages and three matches in the knockout rounds, including one of the two semi-finals.
After the tournament, the capacity is expected to be halved and much of the stadium space turned into community space.
