3D Jelly Flower cake is the new sensation in the confectionery world. They are made with seaweed jelly powder (suitable for vegan & vegetarian) and uses specific tools to inject colourful motifs onto a clear base. Learn the art of creating various flowers using jelly. At the end of the day, you will be creating an awe-inspiring edible work of art.
You learn:
How to cook the transparent canvas base
How to make colour jelly to create flowers
How to create various jelly flowers
How to create a flavoured top
Workshop Fee includes:
- A Certificate.
- Recipes and techniques for beginner level 3D jelly art.
- One set of 10 pieces of the jelly art tool to use during the workshop and take home.
At the end of the day, you will take home jelly cakes that you worked on during the workshop which includes an 8 inch plus 2 mini size jelly cakes with a set of 10 pieces jelly art tool and a jelly packet.
It's a fully hands-on class. Special Friday workshop held on request.
