The Mall was the first shopping Centre in Qatar and it gave the Doha shoppers its first understanding of a shopping mall, the Doha public lovingly called it The Mall. Although The Mall does seem a little archaic with the arrival of the City Centre, or the Villagio malls, the ambience in ‘The Mall’ is so fresh from its sophisticated counterparts. The Boulevard (eastern side) gives the feeling of French High Street, The Arcade (southern side) offers the sentiment of English Shopping Arcade, Mall Cineplex (western side) Restaurants offering casual and fine dining (northern side).
