Qatar Chamber today revealed that it has successfully developed its recently-launched initiative called “Labour Re-employment Platform”, which enables companies seeking to hire fresh employees to login to the platform and choose their preferred candidates.
The Chamber, in its statement, mentioned that both, the companies have redundant workers and the companies that are in need of workers can benefit from the services of this platform.
It further pointed out that the companies that have laid-off workers and employees can register on the platform and upload their resumes, while individuals can also log into the platform and register their CVs to search for suitable work in the private sector.
Meanwhile, companies that are willing to make new hires can register on the platform, identify the available candidates and choose from the ones that they consider most suitable. They can contract them through the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) as per the laws and procedures of the state.
The Chamber invited companies seeking fresh employees to login to the platform and benefit from services that it provides. All that needs to be done is to fill in an electronic form on the Chambers website and obtain a link to enter the platform.
Launched by the Chamber early this month, the platform aims to assist companies, and emphasizes the commitment by the Chambers to help companies hire more easily.
