Qatar: Real estate trading volume at over QR271mn in a week

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period were QR29,256,258.
The list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, a residential building, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, and Al Shamal municipalities, and in the Pearl Island and Lusail 69 Zones.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from February 2 until 8, exceeded QR264mn.
