Qatar: Real estate trading exceeds QR521mn in a week.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice showed that the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts from February 25 to 29 amounted to QR411,440,287.
Total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period was QR109,845,730.
The list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, a palace, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in, Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Dakhira, Al Shamal, the Pearl Island, Al Dafna 60, Lusail and Legtaifiya Zones.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice exceeded QR484mn from February 18 to 22.
